(1:24 PM) | Adam Kotsko:
Apologia pro vita sua
First, I'd like to apologize to Adam Robinson for not having updated yesterday. I spent much of my day travelling to Indianapolis to surprise Richard, my former roommate and first love, for his birthday. I won second place in the Texas Hold-'Em tournament we played, which is the best I've ever done in poker. I was also mistaken for a Republican, because my comments about Olivet being willing to exploit the talents of homsexual students and alumni as long as they keep quiet sounded anti-gay. I was horrified.I also got to meet a young Olivetian named Brennan Vidt. When I introduced myself, he said, "I read your web page." That's still awkward for me -- I'm always worried that my Real Presence cannot compete with the silicon traces I leave lying around on the internets.
Anyway, probably not a lot of blogging will take place today either, as I'm wrapping up my Romans final (slightly behind schedule, due to my apparently very active social life) and need to being work on my Christian Ethics paper post-haste, hopefully leaving me the final week to really churn out the Benjamin paper.
My schedule, like every aspect of me, is absolutely fascinating to everyone.
