A couple possibilities for subtitles over at the University without Condition:

• "A meta-blog united around the pleasure of the text."
  
  
• "An ongoing seminar conducted by an alliance of blogs."
  
  
• "Not yet an accredited degree-granting institution."

Feel free to add your own in the comments, to vote for your favorites, or to sit back and watch as Jared Sinclair unilaterally picks one -- since the buck, if there is one, stops there. (Truth be told, I'm leaning heavily toward the third one.)
