I confess that I'm very happy and grateful for the successful Kotsko Tax Relief Fund Raiser at Unfogged this week.I confess that yesterday I was inordinately amused by a sign at the CTS student housing building that read as follows: "The water for this building will not be shut off -- the water department was being over-cautious. Please use your bathrooms and kitchens as you normally would."
