Negative Approval Ratings
Matt Yglesias puzzles over the fact that the Israeli prime minister's approval rating is actually lower than the margin of error -- opening up the theoretical possibility of a negative approval rating.In my mind, there's only one possible interpretation: not only does everyone in the country disapprove of this man, but even the dead are rising up in protest against him.
