House season 1 blogging
As I make my way through the DVDs of the first season, I note another reason to love the show: the plot arc about the businessman who becomes the new chairman of the board is an extended critique of the widespread idea that everything (for instance, a teaching hospital) has to be run "like a business."And of course, House remains one of the only properly ethical characters on TV today.
