Let me be the first to say...
Michael Schaefer has returned to active duty with a post about economic growth. As such, I have updated his listing on the side to include an image. Attentive readers will note that he is the first person to be depicted as two separate people. That is simply due to the fact that I had what I thought was a very clever idea for his icon and was not willing to give up the basic idea when the specific kind of image I wanted was not available.
