It's Adam Kotsko's blog, I just write in it.
So I'll admit it, I rarely read too many other blogs. I got into this whole thing by reading Adam's, back before it was a blog, when it was just "The Homepage." Adam started blogging and then I began to read Tom Tommorow, Slacktivist (who I liked then and never read now), and a Gauche. I still read Tom Tommorow and a Gauche but I never found my way into reading the really "professional" blogs like Crooked Timber or Atrios, though I stop by occasionally. Working 40 hours a week with little money has really limited my entertainment options so I've taken to reading blogs here and there and I've noticed a massive trend: everyone who links to us titles it as "Adam Kotsko", not "The Weblog." Not that this is to Adam's discredit, he is saddened most by the other contributors lack of commitment.I've come to enjoy few blogs I've come to enjoy lately besides a Gauche and the F. Winston Codpiece III's sexual writings at The H is O. At the top of my list is Michael Berube who is not only funny but smart to boot. He may not be a real leftist but I enjoy his blog thu most. Adrian's The Young Hegelian is also quite good and after reading him I usually head over to A Tiny Revolution. I find Spurious to hold some beautiful writing despite the self-proclaimed narcissistic tendencies. And still they all link to this site as "Adam Kotsko", but I can't complain it keeps the link at the top of the blog role and it's Adam Kotsko's blog, I just write in it.
