Some Slight Confusion.
People have been understanding my "position" as pessimistic - it's not. I think this election and the effects it will have on the global world order will be great, but only after the crisis point(s) is reached. Simone Weil commented after the invasion of France by Germany in WWII, "This is a great day for the people of Vietnam." That is optimism! That's affirmation! I'm accepting the God that America follows, and I hope that those who follow him are rewarded for the faith. I'm affirming that. War is a good thing, it will be a great day for the people of Iraq.
