St. Gerald Ford
I'm not sure I follow the logic by which Gerald Ford became a Great Benefactor of Humanity. From the news coverage, you'd think that pardoning Nixon was tantamount to curing both cancer and AIDS while simultaneously ending poverty worldwide -- whereas one would intuitively think that it amounted to giving a free pass to one of the most criminal administrations in our nation's history. Ah, the mysteries of "national healing."
