A message for Nazarenes [update]
Read and sign a petition requesting that President Bush not be allowed to speak at the Sunday worship service of the General Assembly of the Church of the Nazarene this year. Please only sign it if you are a member in good standing of the Church of the Nazarene (which disqualifies me and Anthony from signing it, sadly). They hope to get 500 signatures within the next few days; when I checked, they were at around 50.The fact that this would even be under consideration is outrageous.
UPDATE: The Nazarenes have decided not to host President Bush at their general assembly, citing logistical concerns.
