(12:47 PM) | Adam Kotsko:
C-SPAN
Anthony and I were just watching C-SPAN over lunch. As always, hardly anyone was there to hear the speeches and deliberations. This led me to ask the question (i.e., it didn't "beg" it, but led me to ask it): If I were to watch C-SPAN 24 hours a day, how much actual knowledge would I gain of the legislation that is being passed and the process by which it is written and decided upon? My guess: very little.
